  • Tinned fruit (in fruit juice not syrup) and frozen vegetables count too.

Eat Up is a group programme that runs for 4 to 6 weeks, is FREE and open to anyone over 18 years.

Each week a different topic will be covered including:            

  • Key Healthy Eating messages:

Sugars, fats and salt

 

  • The importance of fruit & vegetables and how to achieve your 5’Day
  • Making healthier food choices:

Eating out/takeaways

  • Cookery demonstration and recipe
  • Food labels: what do they mean?
  • Shopping tour

Eating Up sessions are fun and informative, last for about an hour and

are held in local venues, daytime and evening.
