Complaints Procedure

 

We always try to provide the best service possible. However, there may be times when you are not satisfied that this is the case. If you wish to complain, please contact our Reception Manager, Liz Hannah or any of the doctors either verbally or in writing.

Leaflets explaining the complaints procedure are available from reception. Your complaint will be dealt with in an objective manner and we will attempt to answer it swiftly and fairly.

The patient advice and support service (PASS) is delivered by the Scottish Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB). This independent service provides free, confidential information, advice and support to anyone using the NHS in Scotland.
